Lumenaos is not a healthcare provider, medical group, emergency service, or clinical decision support tool. Website content and audit discussions are not medical advice and do not create a patient-provider relationship.

Commercial Terms

Patient access, staffing, payer mix, market conditions, and patient behavior vary. Lumenaos does not promise patient volume, revenue, recovered bookings, medical outcomes, or clinical results. Commercial terms are defined in the signed engagement.

Business Inquiry Forms

Forms should be used only for business contact information, including name, work email, phone number, practice name, website, and role. Do not include PHI or medical-condition details.

Analytics Disclosure

The site uses analytics and advertising tracking to measure page views, audit requests, contact clicks, and walkthrough intent. Submitted contact details may be hashed before being sent to advertising platforms for conversion measurement.
